Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026

Sede Information Technology Consulting, LLC ("Sede ITC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you use sedeitc.net or its client portal, request our services, communicate with us, make a payment, or participate in our SMS messaging program.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and company information.
  • Service inquiries, project details, support requests, and other communications.
  • Client portal account details, profile information, login activity, service records, notes, invoices, and payment status.
  • Your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in status, and messaging preferences.
  • Payment and transaction details needed to provide services. Payment card data may be processed by our payment providers rather than stored by us.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and website usage data.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide, support, and improve our services.
  • Create and administer client portal accounts and authenticate authorized users.
  • Manage projects, appointments, service records, accounts, invoices, payments, and customer relationships.
  • Send service-related SMS messages when you have consented to receive them.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of our website and business systems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Client Portal Information

The client portal allows authorized users to review and manage account information, service details, invoices, payment status, and related business records. We use portal information to provide these features, verify user identity, maintain account security, respond to support requests, and preserve business and transaction records.

Portal passwords are intended to be stored in protected, non-readable form. We may record session and login information, including timestamps and technical identifiers, to operate the portal, prevent unauthorized access, investigate misuse, and maintain security. Portal users should keep their credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Payments and Payment Providers

When you pay an invoice through the website or client portal, payment information is transmitted to the selected payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal. Those providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies and terms. We may receive and retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, date, and other details needed to reconcile the payment and maintain financial records.

SMS Messaging Privacy

If you opt in, we may send messages concerning appointments, service requests, project updates, account notices, support communications, and related customer service matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver messages, operate our systems, or provide requested services. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How We Share Information

We may share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, communications, security, email, and payment providers; when required by law; to protect rights or safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, contractual, or accounting purposes. You may update certain information through the client portal. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us directly to update your account or communication preferences.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
