Website and Client Portal Use

The website and client portal provide information about our services and allow authorized users to access account details, profiles, service records, invoices, payment status, and related customer features. You may use these services only for lawful purposes and in connection with your own account or an account you are authorized to manage.

Portal Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another user's account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or inaccurate account information.

We may suspend or terminate portal access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or our systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website or portal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Introduce malware or use automated methods to scrape or access the service without permission.
• Upload, enter, or transmit content that infringes rights or contains unlawful or harmful material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a customer or company.

Invoices and Online Payments

Portal invoice information reflects our business records but does not replace the terms of an applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or invoice. Payments submitted online are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal and are also subject to the selected provider's terms. You are responsible for supplying accurate billing information and paying all authorized charges when due.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive account, invoice, payment, security, and service communications electronically through the portal, email, or other contact methods you provide. SMS messages are sent only when you have separately consented to SMS.

Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website or portal features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, or security events may affect availability.

SMS Program Description

Sede ITC may send SMS messages about appointments, service requests, projects, account activity, invoices, support matters, and other customer service communications related to your relationship with us.

Consent to Receive Messages

You receive messages only after providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to SMS communications from Sede ITC. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and services. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern charges to your account. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you provide new consent.

Privacy

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. SMS service may not be available on all devices, carriers, or in all locations.
